IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Schedules for Saturdays are locked by midnight on Thursdays, before then all schedules are tentative. Please communicate this to your parents when distributing schedules before Friday!

Coaches and parents should never demand that a coach, parent, or player on an opposing team provides proof of age for any of their players. Any concerns about a player’s identity and or age shall only be brought to the attention of the CSL staff; namely: Sofien, Jenny, and Toto.

If Team A chooses not to play a game because players on the opposing team seem older. Then Team A will forfeit that game and $35 will be deducted from that club's Performance Bond. The game will be recorded as a 3-0 win by the opposing team regardless of who it had on the sideline before the game was schedule to kickoff. By contrast, if an older player does indeed participate in a game such match should be recorded as a 3-0 loss by that player’s team. So, if you are a coach concerned about players on the opposing team, say nothing, play your game, and file a protest with the league later - photo evidence will be helpful, but be discreet we do not want to create a situation that may put our children in a awkward and or uncomfortable position! If you are genuinely concerned that a player is not only older but that he or she is significantly stronger and that your kids are at risk of being injured because of it then contact Sofien, Jenny, or Toto immediately.

Although we don't think coaches would purposely play older players to gain advantage on the field we do have already seen a few cases where coaches are simply unaware of the correct age group their players should be assigned to. Therefore, we urge all club leaders to pay more attention to your player's date of birth and to take the time necessary to properly assign your players to the correct age group according to the August 1st age group classification!
