PLAYER REGISTRATION:

Every CSL player must be FULLY registered before he or she is allowed to participate. NO EXEMPTIONS!

The following 3 steps must be taken for all players:

STEP 1 PLAYER POOL - Each player must be assigned to a club player pool. This step must be completed by a team/club official. Please note that at each game both teams must list their game roster on a game card handed to the referee by the 'HOME' team prior to each game. All players in the game card most be on the club's player pool in order to be eligible to play.

STEP 2 WAIVER - Print, fill, and sign, the CSL waiver.

STEP 3 PHOTO/PAYMENT - Schedule a photo session. Each player and a parent or guardian must be present with the following: CSL waiver for current season, original government issued photo ID; which will be photographed (ID requirement will be waived if it has been met satisfactorily in past seasons). Player will be photographed holding the waiver. A $20 fee will be collected for new players; returning player's fee is $5 for the Spring 2019 seaon (certain methos of payment may include an additional processing fee).
